Refund Policy

If 36 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For items with same-day shelf life, complaints regarding defects or damage must be registered on the same day.

To verify a claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with relevant images or videos of the defective product.

We will not offer a refund or replacement if the taste or appearance of an item does not appeal to you, provided there is no damage or defect in the product.

Store Collection & Delivery

No refunds or replacements will be offered for orders or products that are not collected on the date for which the booking was made.

For delivery orders, if you are unavailable at the delivery location, if our agent is unable to contact you after repeated attempts, or if an incorrect location has been mapped for delivery, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.

Refunds, If Applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone that we have received the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be made where a certain item is unavailable during order processing or completion of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account and contact your card company or bank for processing information.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For any other requests, please reach out to us through the Contact Us form.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
